Ca' Bertaldo Prosecco Extra Dry
Created from grapes originating from the prestigious D.O.C.G. “Conegliano – Valdobbiadene – Prosecco” zone.
The care of the vines and control over all stages of cultivation guarantee the maximum quality of the grapes used. The entire wine-making process takes place in the same production area, using the most modern techniques. Particular attention is paid to the coupage which enables us to identify the right cuvee every year. The sparkling wine process is performed using the “Charmat” method, which is perfect for Prosecco.
Aroma: refined, with a typical hint of apple, ripe fruit, and wisteria flowers.
Flavour: pleasantly fruity,characteristic.
Perlage: extremely refined and lingering.
Food-pairing: it is the aperitif par excellence, suited to a light buffet or to start an important lunch. It matches fine with all types of snacks, both sweet and savoury.
