Lightness, transparency, simplicity. A grape is like a glass bubble, a fragile material, a whole of transparent and almost ephemeral fragrances and colours, to be just lightly touched with expertise and care. The slightest error could ruin everything. When we think about our grape distillates we are reminded of the master glassblowers in Murano, craftsmen able to transform a simple blown glass bubble into an elegant and rich object through measured gestures. Prime Uve is clear colors, a mosaic of fruity fragrances. The Prosecco grapes give a hint of apple and pear, the Riesling a polyphony of wildflowers. Prime Uve Nere has a more nocturnal soul: a blend of Cabernet and Refosco grapes. Different grape varieties create complexity: hints of vanilla ready to turn into cocoa, echoes of prune, raisin and cherry.  Prime Uve Oro joins delicate wefts with the deeper tones of oak. The generosity of the dried Prosecco grapes gives more personality to the aromas of the white grapes, balancing the vanilla veins of the barrel ageing.
Each grape distillate is a complex sensory adventure: turn the glass and the tale evolves, changes, is renewed. There is room for dreaming.
