Distilling with passion, loving this art with all your heart and mind means continuing to search for new summits, new goals, new records. There are grapes, which, in terms of their wealth, can be compared to great cities such as Paris, London, New York; they are the grapes of wines appreciated throughout the world: Brunello di Montalcino, Zibibbo, Sagrantino di Montefalco. The same grapes, the best par excellence, could become the starting point for precious single-variety distillates with hints of tobacco and liquorice, honey and dried fruit or vanilla and cinnamon. We went to visit the talented vine-dressers in Tuscany, Sicily and Umbria. We saw our same enthusiasm in their eyes and we made important agreements. And so the Grape Distillates Prime were born. Our distillery and the Veneto have become the meeting point for different regional cultures and their most precious grapes.
