A grape is like a glass bubble, a fragile material, a whole of transparent and almost ephemeral fragrances and colors, to be just lightly touched with expertise and care. The slightest error could ruin everything. When we think about our grape distillates we are reminded of the master glassblowers in Murano, craftsmen able to transform a simple blown glass bubble into an elegant and rich object through measured gestures.
