Miel de Tierra Espadín
The Espadín Agave is native of the humid southern regions of Mexico and cannot grow in the arid, northernmost regions of the country. This style of Mezcal can only be found in Oaxaca, a land of remote prehispanic origins, and ancient Mezcal making tradition.

Nose: a full range of notes, starting with smoke, then turning to sour humid soil, agave and salty flavours.
Palate: well rounded, elegant and pleasant agave in the long finish.
