We added the sweet salt from Cervia’s saltern to our grapes in the fermenting stage. Due to its purity, Cervia’s salt natural energy aided the transformation of sugars and extraction of aromas.
Then, our masterly distillation techniques produced this spirit, whose soul stands right where the sea meets land, for a unique result.
Aroma: delicate with peach notes, pear, rosehip.
Palate: sweet, spicy and lightly salty.
