Prime Brunello di Montalcino – Vendemmia 2003

This precious spirit is created from the distillation of grapes that are used to make Brunello di Montalcino, cultivated in the estate of Castello Banfi. The entire grape is fermented via an exclusive process that guarantees the safeguarding of the most noble aromatic components. Distilling at low temperature is the next step, in copper stills operating vacuum-sealed. The resulting spirit is then left to mature in small barrels that were previously used for Brunello di Montalcino wine, which give it its full-bodied flavour without, however, hindering the typical fresh quality of the fruit of origin.
