Sophisticated assembly of different rums, distilled from sugarcane juice that goes through slow fermentation.
Ron Botran Añejo Solera 1893  is aged under the Solera System 2,400 meters above sea level, in American white oak barrels, new and charred, that previously held American Whiskey and aged old Sherry Wines and finally are placed in Port barrels.

Sensory characteristics

COLOR:  deep mahogany with beams of golden light.
BODY:  generous and good tears that fall slowly.
NOSE:  pleasant, elegant, distinguished expressiveness. Notes initially rich in wood, roasted cocoa, vanilla and caramel aromas. When the rum evolves in the glass, aromas of dried fruits, dried cranberries, spicy perfumes, orange peel and citrus notes emerge.
PALATE:  robust and succulent; dry and explosive. Elegant notes of caramelized fruits, species such as cloves, nutmeg and pepper; roasted cocoa and delicate citrus fruits. Long, caressing finish.
