Botran Reserva Blanca

Exquisite assembly of mature rums distilled from sugarcane juice slowly fermented and aged in oak barrels.
Ron Botran  Reserva is aged under the solera system at 2,400 meters above sea level, in american white oak barrels, new and charred, which previously held american whiskey. Finally, Ron for this Reserva Blanca is filtered through natural charcoal to reach an almost complete crystal clear color, but retaining the complex wood notes acquired during aging period.

Sensory characteristics

COLOR: clear.
BODY: mildly dense.
NOSE: sweet and balanced notes of both sugar cane and wood.
PALATE:  light and delicate fruity sensations. Rare complexity and structure for a white rum.
