Ca' Bertaldo Brut
Created from grapes originating from the prestigious D.O.C.G. “Conegliano – Valdobbiadene – Prosecco” zone.
The care of the vines and control over all stages of cultivation guarantee the maximum quality of the grapes used. The entire wine-making process takes place in the same production area, using the most modern techniques. Particular attention is paid to the coupage which enables us to identify the right cuvee every year. The sparkling wine process is performed using the “Charmat” method, which is perfect for Prosecco.
Aroma: delicate, rich in scents of acacia flowers and wisteria.
Flavour: dry, with hints of citrus fruit, fresh vegetables, and a light final tone of bread.
Perlage: intense and refined.
Food-pairing: it goes really well with appetisers and fish dishes, but it is also suited to being consumed for the entire meal.
