miracielo cafetalero

Miracielo Patrimonio Cafetalero is a blend of molasses distillates aged from 3 to 10 years in barrels that have housed American whiskey; both re-roasted and not, and then make a further passage in these barrels infused with vanilla, plum and raisins. The final touch is due to an infusion with the Bourbon coffee varietal by the San Sebastian Finca in Antigua Guatemala. Produced by Ron Botran in Guatemala.

Sensory characteristics

Colour: bright amber with reddish hues.
Aroma: inviting references to chocolate typical of the Bourbon coffee variety from the Finca of San Sebastian in Antigua Guatemala.
Palate: sweet and balanced, in which the characteristic nuances of chocolate, toffee and vanilla typical of Antigua Guatemalan coffee stand out.
