“Prime is a long time dream come true: transferring to a distillate those same emotions and aromas as only the most celebrated Italian wines can give. To carry out this dream I closely worked with fellow producers, some very far from my home-town: I wanted to be sure that their best grown grapes could be delivered to my distillery just a few hours after their harvesting. Then I monitored step by step the aging of the distillates in their casks: the very same casks which once contained the respective wines, so as to keep intact the original soul of each grape. Finally, I chose for Prime a typical Venetian packaging in order to celebrate our territory as the centre of a small world made of commitment, research and development”.
